Arnold Kerzner Award Dinner
HRS Award Dinner May 14,
2007
Honored
Legendary Pediatrician
Ralph Earle, Jr. MD

Dr. Ralph Earle, Jr. |
On May 14, 2007 HRS honored Dr. Ralph Earle, Jr., a legendary local pediatrician, with the second annual Arnold Kerzner Award. The award, given for outstanding contribution to the well-being of the community, is an excellent way to summarize Dr. Earle’s career. For more than 40 years he has been a source of extraordinary care, comfort, and wisdom to children and families in Weston, Wayland, and Wellesley.

Master of Ceremonies
and Auctioneer, Susan Wornick |
The event was chaired by Joan & Arnie Kerzner and Joan & Steve Belkin. The celebrity auctioneer was Susan Wornick, and there was a performance by a cappella group Peking and the
Mystics as well as a jazz quartet of Weston students. Celebrity chef Geoff Gardner from Sel de la Terre, Frank Santonastaso from Vela, and Mitchell Maxwell from Maxwell's 148 prepared a superb dinner for 140 guests. The event raised $100,000 which will support HRS programs and services.

Music was provided by The Weston Razmajazz,
and a capella group Peking
and the Mystics (above). |
